Written estimates cover the listed surfaces and conditions visible at inspection. Additional work requires customer approval.
Property access
Customers must provide safe access, a working exterior water connection and notice of delicate or damaged areas.
Weather and scheduling
Unsafe weather may require rescheduling. We communicate schedule changes as soon as practical.
Results
We use professional methods but cannot guarantee removal of permanent staining, oxidation, paint failure or pre-existing damage.
Payment
Payment terms appear on each quote or invoice. This demonstration site processes no live payments.
