Plan questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Let us know before the next monthly billing date. We will confirm any remaining scheduled work when you cancel.
What if it rains?
Light rain may not affect cleaning. We reschedule for lightning, high winds or unsafe conditions and contact you to arrange another time.
Do unused cleanings roll over?
Cleanings are scheduled within the plan year and do not roll over. We will help arrange missed visits before that year ends.
